These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between you ("Homeowner", "you", "your") and Sprtn Energy ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a solar energy solutions provider.

Under the PPA structure, Sprtn Energy installs, owns, and maintains a solar energy system ("System") on your property at no cost to you. You agree to purchase the electricity generated by the System at a mutually agreed rate over the term of the agreement. The System remains the property of Sprtn Energy, and you do not acquire ownership of the System itself.
You acknowledge that you may be subject to energy rate escalators, fees, or other terms outlined in your separate PPA contract documentation. Sprtn Energy retains ownership of any tax credits or incentives related to the System unless otherwise specified in writing.
Sprtn Energy will coordinate all aspects of installation, permitting, and professional setup of your solar System at zero cost to you. The Company is solely responsible for routine maintenance and repairs unless damage is caused by homeowner negligence.
You agree to permit reasonable access to your property for installation and maintenance.
Sprtn Energy offers a one-time $1,500 Energy Relief Check ("Relief Check") to qualified homeowners who:
Once all eligibility conditions are met and the System is activated, the $1,500 Relief Check will be issued within 60 days. This benefit is non-transferable and limited to one payment per household.
You agree to pay for solar energy generated by the System as outlined in your PPA. You are responsible for timely payment of energy charges and any fees defined in your contract. There is no cost for installation, system repairs, or routine maintenance under the PPA.
You may terminate your PPA in accordance with the terms of your contract, including applicable fees. Sprtn Energy may terminate the PPA for non-payment or breach in compliance with governing laws. Cancellation prior to System activation may affect eligibility for the Relief Check.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider.
Sprtn Energy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program, except where prohibited by law. This limitation does not apply to claims of gross negligence or intentional misconduct where applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
Sprtn Energy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through contact information you supplied to the Company.
